Welcome to the Baglan IT Centre Support Website.

This website helps you submit change requests, incidents and service requests to the Baglan IT Centre Service Desk.

Information

If you have a network username (the username you use to log on to your computer in the office), you can type it in the "Network Log On" box and all relevant data will be completed automatically for you.

If you do not have a network username, select "No" , and you will be required to fill in a form to request a network log on. Once the form has been completed, a network log on will be issued to you so that you can access the site.
