Deadline for schools submission of leasing requirements	2nd October
Send documentation to supplier and request evaluation workstation	5th October
Arrange for necessary works to be completed for infrastructure (ie. network or power)	5th October
Deadline for testing evaluation workstation	16th October
Start date for delivery of PCs to schools	2nd November

Spring Lease 2010
Initial email to schools	19th April
Deadline for schools submission of leasing requirements	14th May
Send documentation to supplier and request evaluation workstation	17th May
Arrange for necessary works to be completed for infrastructure (ie. network or power)	17th May
Deadline for testing evaluation workstation	28th May
Start date for delivery of PCs to schools	7th June
